In honor of the New Year, Hatzalah Yehuda and Shomron gathered their volunteers for a night of celebrating where the organization handed out new equipment desperately needed in the field and held informative lectures on life saving techniques.

The festivities took place in three locations; Tzofim in the Shomron, Gush Etzion in the Judean region and in the Jordan Valley. During the celebration Hatzalah Yehudah and Shomron handed out to their volunteers professional head lamps and a calendar published by the organization in gratitude for their loyal and faithful service and their ongoing work to save lives. At the end of the evening a toast was made wishing everyone a happy, healthy and blessed new year.

Included in the honored guests were; Shaul Goldstien, Head Council of Gush Etzion, Ehud Stodenia, Vice Chairman of Shomron Council and representatives of both MDA and IDF. The organization was especially honored with the presence of very close and extraordinarily good friends from Norway who have supported Hatzalah Yehuda and Shomron unflaggingly throughout the years.

A special thanks to "One Israel Fund" represented by Mark Prowisor for donating a substantial amount of the equipment distributed that night.
